Galouti Masala


Fennel, Dried Rose Petals, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cumin, Cloves, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Black Cardamom



RAJMA GALOUTI KEBAB                                                                                                                            Servings : 4


Rajma soaked overnight and boiled till soft – ½ cup, Boiled and mashed Potatoes – 2 nos, Homemade Cottage Cheese crumbled – ½ cup, Mint (Pudina) leaves – 6, Cashew nuts – ¼ cup, Ginger – 1 inch, Cloves Garlic – 3 nos, Green Chilli – 1 no, Rose water – 1 tsp, Saffron strands – 2, My Choice Galouti Masala – 2 tsp, My Choice Chat Masala – 1 tsp, Onions fine chopped – 2 nos, Gram Flour – 2 tbsp, Oil for cooking, Salt to taste


Grind the mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, cashew nut together in a mixie.  Add the rajma and blend again.  In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the oil and knead well to make a kebab dough.  Divide the mixture into 8-10 equal portions.  Shape the portions into round circular discs.  Heat a non stick tawa with the help of oil, roast the kebab on both sides and serve hot with green chutney.
