FISH CURRY Serving : 4
COOKING INGREDIENTS :
Fish curry cut – 600 g, Small Onions peeled – 100 g, Big Onion chopped – 1 no, Garlic peeled and fine chopped – 10 pods, Tamarind Pulp – 100 g, Refined Oil – 30 ml, Tomatoes chopped – 100 g, My Choice Fish Curry Powder – 2 tbsp, Curry Leaves – few sprigs, Salt to taste
COOKING METHOD :
Heat oil in a pan, add small onions, big onion, curry leaves and sauté till the onions become translucent. Add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add My Choice Fish Curry Powder and sauté for a minute. Add the chopped tomatoes, tamarind pulp, 1 cup of water and bring to boil. Add salt. Add the fish curry cut to the boiling curry and simmer till the fish is cooked. Add water if required. Serve hot with Rice.
