Pav Bhaji Masala


Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Dry Mango, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Fennel, Cloves, Dry Ginger, Black Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Star Anise, Mace, Green Cardamom, Nutmeg, Trifla, Black Salt, Lemon Salt, Rock Salt, Salt



PAV BHAJI                                                                                                                                                              Serving : 4-6


Boiled and mashed Potatoes – ½ Kg, Jeera – 1 tsp, Boiled Green Peas – 1 cup, Large Onions fine chopped – 1 no, Large Tomatoes fine chopped – 4 nos, Ginger Garlic Chilli paste – 3 tsp, My Choice Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 2 tsp, My Choice Pav Bhaji Masala – 4 tsp, Butter – 5 tbsp, Coriander Leaves fine chopped – 4 tsp, Salt to taste


Heat the fry pan, add the butter, jeera, onions and fry for 2-3 minutes.  Add the tomatoes, fry till soft.  Add My Choice Kashmiri Chilli Powder, My Choice Pav Bhaji Masala and the ginger garlic chilli paste.  Keep stirring constantly for 3-4 minutes.  Add the potatoes, green peas, salt and ½ litre of water.  Keep mashing the potatoes and peas with a masher and cook on a slow flame for further 5 minutes.  Add water if required.  Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.  Serve buttered Pav with the Bhaji.
