Marwari Gravy Masala

Aloo Gravy                                                                                                                                                          Serving : 3-4

COOKING INGREDIENTS :

Potatoes boiled, peeled and diced – 4 nos, Onion medium size chopped – 1 no, Tomatoes medium size chopped – 2 nos, Ginger Garlic Chilli paste – 2 tsp, Asafoetida – a pinch, Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp, Bay Leaf – 1 no, Oil – 2 tbsp, My Choice Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp, My Choice Kasoori  Methi – 1/2 tsp, My Choice Marwari Gravy Masala – 2 tsp, Coriander chopped – 2 tbsp, Salt to taste

COOKING METHOD :

Heat the fry pan, add the oil, cumin, bay leaf, My Choice Turmeric Powder, asafoetida and the ginger garlic chilli paste and sauté for 2 minutes.  Add the chopped onions and fry for 2 minutes, add chopped tomatoes, add My Choice Marwari Gravy Masala and fry for 2 minutes, add the diced potatoes and sauté for 1 minute.  Add ½ ltr water and boil for some time and add My Choice Kasoori Methi,  boil for some more time.  Garnish with coriander leaves.  Serve hot with Paratha or Chappathi.
