Mutton Curry Powder


Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Black Pepper, Bengal Gram, Turmeric, Mustard, Dry Ginger, Cloves, Nutmeg, Mace, Star Anise, Bay Leaves Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Salt



MUTTON CURRY                                                                                                                                             Serving : 4-6


Mutton curry cut – 600 g, Onion sliced – 150 g, Green Chillies – 2 nos, Ginger Garlic paste – 30 g, Tomatoes – 100 g, My Choice Mutton Curry Powder – 2 tbsp, Coriander Leaves – 5-6 sprigs, Oil – 75 ml, Salt to taste


Heat oil in a pan and add the sliced onion and fry till golden brown.  Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.  Add the green chillies, My Choice Mutton Curry Powder and salt.  Saute for 2-3 minutes, add the mutton and sauté till the colour changes on the mutton.  Add the tomatoes and sauté.  Add a little water and cook till the mutton is tender.  Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.  Naan and Tandoori Roti goes well with it.

Note : The meat may be marinated before cooking with My Choice Garam Masala Powder, ginger garlic paste, yoghurt, black pepper and salt.
