COOKING INGREDIENTS :
Soya Granules boiled and squeezed – 2 cups, Boiled and mashed Potatoes – 2 to 3 medium, Green Peas – 1/2 cup, My Choice Cutlet/Kabab Masala – 2 tsp, Ginger Garlic Green Chillies paste – 3 tsp Gram Flour – 3 tbsp, Bread Crumbs – 1 cup, Oil for deep frying, Salt to taste
COOKING METHOD :
In a bowl add potatoes, green peas, soya granules, salt, My Choice Cutlet/Kabab Masala and ginger garlic green chilli paste. Mix and mash all the ingredients well. Add gram flour and mix well. Divide the mixture into 12-15 balls. In a bowl, take the bread crumbs and roll the cutlet in the bread crumbs so its completely covered. Deep fry in hot oil and serve with Mint Chutney. The cutlet is more tasty if My Choice Chat Masala is sprinkled on it before serving.
