Kurma Masala Powder


Coriander, Turmeric, Chilli, Fennel, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Green Cardamom, Cloves, Salt



WHITE VEGETABLE KURMA                                                                                                                           Servings : 4


Mix Boiled Vegetables – 2 cups,  Onion chopped – 1, Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp, Cooking oil – 2 tbsp, My Choice Kurma Masala – 2 tbsp, Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp, Salt to taste

To Grind into a Fine Paste :

Fresh Coconut grated – 1/2 cup, Whole Black Peppercorns – 1/2 tsp , Green Chillies – 2,
Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp, Poppy Seeds – 1 tsp, Cashew nuts – 6


Heat oil in a fry pan, add cumin seeds. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté, add chopped onion and saute until brown. Add My Choice Kurma Masala, add the paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes.  Add enough water to make the gravy.  Add salt and the vegetables.  Cook on low flame for few minutes.  Serve White Vegetable Kurma with hot Parathas.
