Fresh Mint leaves is not available throughout the year so Dry Mint Powder is used extensively.
This aromatic perennial herb acts a soothing, calming and a flavourful condiment that makes dishes especially beverages simple more appetizing and refreshing.

COOKING INGREDIENTS :
Wheat flour – 1½ cup, Dry Mint (Pudina) Powder – 1 tsp, Ghee – 4 tsp
COOKING METHOD :
Knead 1 cup flour to make a soft dough. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a thick chappathi, apply a little ghee. Sprinkle ½ tsp of My Choice Mint (Pudina) Powder all over on each Chappathi. Sprinkle wheat flour on the mint and roll them and make a round. Roll into a Paratha. Heat a tawa with the help of ghee, roast each chappathi on both the side. Serve hot with Kadai Vegetable.
