COOKING INGREDIENTS :
(Onion – 1 no, Green Chillies – 2 nos, Cloves – 2 nos, Garlic – 2 nos, Cashewnut – 5 nos, Poppy Seeds – 1 tbsp, Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp, My Choice Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp, Ginger – 1 inch, Tomatoes – 2 nos ) – All above Ingredients to be grinded into a fine paste.
Paneer cut into cubes – 200 g, Green Peas boiled – 100 g, My Choice Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 tsp, My Choice Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp, My Choice Kitchen King Masala – 2 tsp, Ghee – 3 tbsp, Coriander chopped – 2 tsp, Salt to taste
COOKING METHOD :
Heat the fry pan. Add ghee when hot, add the paste and stir on a low flame. Add My Choice Turmeric Powder, My Choice Kashmiri Chilli Powder, My Choice Kitchen King Masala and the salt. Keep roasting the masala by adding water little at a time. Once the masala is done, add 1 cup of water, paneer and the green peas. Keep boiling for 2-3 minutes, add water if required. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with Roti or Chappathi or Naan.
