KADAI VEGETABLE                                                                                                                                        Servings : 8

COOKING INGREDIENTS :

French Beans boiled – 100 g, Cauliflower – 450 g, Potatoes – 450 g, Green Peas boiled – 450 gms, Cumin – 1 tsp, Asafoetida – 1 pinch, Garlic chopped – 5 pods, Onions chopped – 3, Tomatoes Chopped – 2, My Choice Turmeric Powder  – 1/2 tsp, My Choice Vegetable Masala – 4 tbsp, Oil for deep frying, Coriander – 2 tsp for garnishing, Salt to taste

COOKING METHOD :

Cut the cauliflower and potatoes into big pieces.  In hot oil deep fry potatoes and the cauliflower till done.  Keep aside.  Heat the kadai, add 2 tbsp of oil, cumin, onion, garlic and My Choice Turmeric Powder, asafoetida and sauté till onion is translucent.  Add tomatoes, My Choice Vegetable Masala, salt and sauté for some time.  Add the fried potato, cauliflower, green peas and beans and keep stirring for 2 minutes.  Serve hot with Naan, Paratha or Kulcha.
